Triangle Cruise

The Whip-poor-will is the Triangle Cruise Line’s flagship vessel, making regularly scheduled trips to the center of the Bermuda Triangle. At the helm is Captain Bo Tuffin, a seasoned pilot whose steady hand and calming voice guide the passengers to their destination.

Triangle Cruise is also a musical. We follow two passengers as they pass the time aboard the Whip-poor-will. They read, draw, and listen to audiobooks. They go to live shows at the Coral Reef Cabaret, and the Coconut Dance Hall. As the ship nears the center of the triangle, strange happenings upend expectations of what the trip is all about. The stories in which the passengers are immersed become part of their experiences aboard the ship. These entangled narratives crack open a journey into the self and take the passengers beyond the safety of their known identities.
